Donations are accepted at any time but we would like to thank you in the Strawberry Guide and the deadline for inclusion in the Strawberry Guide thank-you list is April 2. Please fill out a Donation Form (also on web) and return it to Tonya Roberts when committing to make a donation. Questions should be addressed to teacher or committee chair making the request.
Donations needed:
Tonya Queen – Strawberry Chairperson
- 150 gallons strawberries
- 120 gallons sugar
Kathy Kirschmann – Strawberry Shortcake Chairperson
- 150 cans of whipped cream
- 1500 biodegradable serving containers
- 1500 forks/spoons
Chocolate-dipped Strawberries Chairperson (need chairperson!)
- 16 lbs of Nestles semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 500 small “French fry boats”
Peggy Force and Kathy Connor –Smoothies
- 6 gallons milk
- 6 gallons orange juice (Minute Made/Tropicana low pulp)
- 6 of the 32 oz containers of Dannon vanilla yogurt
- 10 of the 6 pound bags of frozen strawberries from Costco
- 100 bananas (fresh)
- 30 quart size plastic bags – zip lock
- 200 16oz cups
- 200 wide straws
- 2 drop cords with circuit breaker
General Food booth needs – Vicky Patton
- 2500 napkins
- plastic gloves
- 5 rolls paper towels
- Table covers – red or with strawberry theme
- 4 rolls of duct tape
