Thank you for any and all donations!

Donations are accepted at any time but we would like to thank you in the Strawberry Guide and the deadline for inclusion in the Strawberry Guide thank-you list is April 2. Please fill out a Donation Form (also on web) and return it to Tonya Roberts when committing to make a donation. Questions should be addressed to teacher or committee chair making the request.

Donations needed:

Tonya Queen – Strawberry Chairperson

• 150 gallons strawberries
• 120 gallons sugar

Kathy Kirschmann – Strawberry Shortcake Chairperson

• 150 cans of whipped cream
• 1500 biodegradable serving containers
• 1500 forks/spoons

Chocolate-dipped Strawberries Chairperson (need chairperson!)

• 16 lbs of Nestles semi-sweet chocolate morsels
• 500 small “French fry boats”

Peggy Force and Kathy Connor –Smoothies

• 6 gallons milk
• 6 gallons orange juice (Minute Made/Tropicana low pulp)
• 6 of the 32 oz containers of Dannon vanilla yogurt
• 10 of the 6 pound bags of frozen strawberries from Costco
• 100 bananas (fresh)
• 30 quart size plastic bags – zip lock
• 200 16oz cups
• 200 wide straws
• 2 drop cords with circuit breaker

General Food booth needs – Vicky Patton

• 2500 napkins
• plastic gloves
• 5 rolls paper towels
• Table covers – red or with strawberry theme
• 4 rolls of duct tape
